Simple flat backgrounds are complimentary for all commissions.
Complex work such as mecha, detailed armor, urban environments, or group scenes will include a 15% upcharge.
Artwork created for commercial use will include a price increase. If your artwork is for commercial use, please contact me directly first! (Read the full Terms of Service to see what is considered commercial use).

Commission Terms of Service:
AI use didclaimer: You may not use my work for any AI training or alter it using AI in any form.Payment: All payment will be given upfront through PayPal invoice before sketching begins.
Progress: I will send a progress report at the start and end of every major phase (sketch, lineart, flat color, rendering). You have the right to ask for progress at any point and as many times as you want.Revisions: During the sketch phase, I will allow up to 3 major revisions - additional sketch revisions will be 15$ each. After coloring, I will allow up to 1 minor revision. Major revisions at this phase will include a 50% upcharge. Major revisions include pose/expression and core design changes that require changes to the lineart, while minor revisions include color palette changes and small details that do not require changes to the lineart.Turnaround time: By default, I will have a set deadline of 4 weeks, unless a specific deadline is specified.Refund: You may receive a full refund during the sketch phase before any progress has been sent. After the first sketch is sent, you may receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds once lineart has been started. If I am unable to finish the commission, you will be refunded up to the price of the current phase.References: Visual references of any kind must be provided. Written descriptions are accepted along with reference/inspiration images and mood boards. If no visual references are provided, I have the right to decline the commission. If accepted, any additional revisions past the allotted will incur full price for that phase.Style disclaimer: My style may vary from piece to piece. If you have a style preference, you may reference another piece from my gallery. The style of the commission is flexible to change during the sketch revision phase. If I feel a request is too far from my comfort zone, I may decline it. If I am willing to attempt it, I may request additional visual references, turnout time may increase, and price may increase depending on the complexity.Complex design fee: Complex work such as mecha, detailed armor, urban environments, or group scenes will include a 15% upcharge.Commercial use fee: Artwork created for commercial use will include a minimum 50% price increase of the original final rate. The price increase may change as I deem fit depending on the intended use of the work. The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork (eg. as merchandise) or posting the artwork in a medium/platform where you may receive a profit (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, personal sites, business cards etc). I retain indefinite copywrite to all work.Commission refusal: I hold the right to decline and refund any commission for any reason. I hold the right the decline and refund any request that I may perceive as fetish content or uncomfortable.Intellectual property rights: Unless otherwise requested, I have full rights to upload the commission to my social media, giving proper credit for the character as needed.
